Some History

The Farm at Brunswick was first developed in 2005 and completed in 2022. The Farm at Brunswick, The Glens, and The Orchards feature 533 single family homes and attached town homes.

This website is designed solely for the members of The Farm at Brunswick Homeowner's Association and allows easier access to all that your membership has to offer. Some of the content can only be viewed on the TownSq platform once you have signed in.

The Documents page offers access to association covenants, bylaws, architectural guidelines, board and committee meeting minutes, announcements, and more. 

Association meetings, programs and events are posted to the online Events calendar.

Maintenance Requests
If you see something, say something. When you feel that something needs the attention of the property manager, then submit a request for them to address your concern.

Pool/Amenity Center Magnetic Key Cards  
Magnetic Key Cards are used to access the Amenity Center and the pool deck. If you are a new homeowner in the community you should contact The Farm at Brunswick property manager to receive your magnetic key cards (2). Additional cards can be purchased for $25. To replace lost or stolen cards the cost is $25. All checks should be made payable to The Farm at Brunswick Homeowner's Association. Contact
