Making Architectural Changes

All new construction and all exterior changes to existing structures, including landscaping must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to commencement of work. The Architectural Review Committee has 30 days to review your submission and issue a decision. To make changes follow these steps…

1. Review The Farm at Brunswick Homeowner's Association Rules & Regulations here for further clarification.
2. Review the Sheds and Accessory Buildings (if appropriate)
3. Fill out and submit an ARC Submittal Form
4. Fill out and submit an Impervious Calculations Form
