Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee oversees the architectural appearance standards for the community, processes requests for any external additions or alterations to individual properties and structures to enhance the beauty, establish and preserve harmony and aesthetically pleasing designs, and protect and promote community values. Communications Committee

The Communications Committee facilitates open and consistent communication between the Board of Directors and the HOA Committees and residents of The Farm at Brunswick Homeowner’s Association on all aspects of HOA business. In addition, this committee informs residents of news and information from the Town of Carolina Shores, Brunswick County, and the State of North Carolina on matters of public emergency. Compliance Committee

The Compliance Committee assists with the enforcement of The Farm at Brunswick rules and regulations including review and analysis of existing procedures of rules enforcement and monthly property inspections. Interested in volunteering for the committee? Apply here

Financial Advisory Committee

The Financial Advisory Committee provides monthly financial oversight, addresses inquiries from the board and provides financial advice when necessary. 

Grounds Committee

The Grounds Committee assists in the oversight, upkeep and maintenance of common property, grounds, pools, playgrounds, retention ponds, and structures. Interested in volunteering for the committee? Apply here

Social Committee
