Using the Community Pool
The rules listed here are published by the Brunswick County Department of Health and all homeowner's associations are required by law to comply.
Rules & Regulations
- No alcohol, beer or wine is allowed in the pool area.
- Any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot use the pool.
- All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Parents must be responsible for and watch their children at all times in the pool area.
- Babies and toddlers must wear proper swimming diapers.
- Anyone using the pool must wear proper swimming attire.
- It is recommended that adults not swim alone.
- Absolutely no diving allowed.
- No running on the pool deck.
- No excessive noise or horseplay in the pool area.
- No one with any of the following conditions can use the pool: diarrhea illness; skin, eye, ear or respiratory infection; open lesions or wounds.
- No spitting, blowing your nose or urinating in the pool.
- No pets are allowed in the pool area.
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Broken glass on the deck or in the pool will result in having to drain the pool, clean the pool area and refilling the pool.
- No pool deck furniture is allowed in the pool.
- Everyone using the pool must shower first before entering the pool. Outdoor showers are located at both ends of the pool.
- Flotation devices are not allowed in the pool.
About the Pool
- The pool and pool deck are open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- The pool is for members of The Farm at Brunswick homeowner's association and your guests.
- Anyone violating these rules will be asked to leave the pool area and repeat offenders will have pool privileges revoked.
- There is no lifeguard on duty.
- The maximum number of people allowed in the pool area at one times is 200.
- The First Aid kit is located at the far end of the pool, located between the men's and women's restrooms.
- An Emergency Phone is also at the far end of the pool, located between the men's and women's restrooms.
