HOA Assessment Fees
Assessment fee are due on the 1st day of each month and are considered late when not paid by the last day of that month. A late fee of $20 will be charged for any assessment balance remaining unpaid for a period of 30 days or longer. There are several ways to make your monthly assessment payment.
By Mail
If you choose to mail your payments, please make your check payable to The Farm at Brunswick Homeowners Association and mail along with your statement to our lockbox address:

By Automatic Bank Draft
Over 40% of our HOA members pay their assessments by automatic bank draft. Paying by bank draft ensures that your assessment payment will arrive on time. To participate by automatic bank draft download (see below) and fill out this draft form and mail it to Priestley Management Company.
By PMC Online Service
If you prefer, you can make online payments by eCheck or credit card (please note: third party processing fees apply, $1.99 per eCheck payment and 3.25% per credit card payment). To make your payments online, please login to The Farm at Brunswick PMC website portal. You have the option of setting up either onetime or recurring payments. If you want to avoid processing fees, we recommend you sign up for the Automatic Bank Draft described above through Priestley Management Company.
By Your Bank's Bill Pay Service
